A Saturday’s Training 2011 @ Hong Kong Trail (港島徑)
感謝威廉兄的友情支援,以及再一次多謝天主+聖母的保守,感激大自然又無私地敞開她的心扉讓我走畢漫長的山徑! 1st 50km run in January 2011- 港島徑50km全走山頂到石澳大浪灣,6hrs 56mins 30secs! “Below 7” is no longer a slogan, but is simply a fact! Today (2 January 2011) is history!
1. HK Trail Stage 1 - 山頂 - 薄扶林水塘道 (7km) – 43mins
2. HK Trail Stage 2 - 薄扶林水塘道 - 貝璐道 (4.5km) – 1hr 15mins
3. HK Trail Stage 3 - 貝璐道 - 灣仔峽 (6.5km) – 2hrs
4. HK Trail Stage 4 - 灣仔峽 – Pole 50 (25km) - 黃泥涌峽 (7.5km) – 2hrs 55mins/ 2hrs 57mins
5. HK Trail Stage 5 - 黃泥涌峽 - 柏架山道 (4km) + Rest – 2hrs 57 mins – 3hrs (黃泥涌水塘公園) – 4hrs 5mins
6. HK Trail Stage 6 - 柏架山道 - 大潭道 (4.5km) – 4hrs 37mins
7. HK Trail Stage 7 - 大潭道 - 土地灣 (7.5km) – 5hrs 38mins
8. HK Trail Stage 8 - 土地灣 - 大浪灣 (8.5km) – 6hrs 56mins 30secs (Finished!)
其實,重點不應是終點的勝利拱門,因為一切應只是一場自我競賽。天地為證。
